Our Forms of Yoga

Not sure what style of yoga is for you? Read about the three different forms we offer in class. All follow a different pace of movement so there’ will be something perfect for everyone!

FOCUS ON FORM

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a practice that focuses on balancing the mind and body through physical postures and breathwork. It is gentle and slow-paced, making it perfect for beginners or anyone looking to focus on alignment and holding poses for a little longer. In a Hatha class, you can expect to find calm in the simplicity of the practice, connecting deeply with your breath and body.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a deeply meditative and restorative practice that focuses on long-held, passive poses. It’s all about slowing down and finding stillness, allowing the muscles to relax and the connective tissues to stretch. Yin yoga can be an incredible tool for releasing tension and stress, helping you cultivate a sense of calm and connection. You will also be able to notice more longer-term benefits with your flexibility as the longer you hold the asana, the more embedded it becomes within your body.

UNITE WITH THE BREATH

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is an energetic, flowing style that synchronises movement with breath. Each pose seamlessly transitions into the next, creating a dance-like flow that keeps the body engaged and the mind present. It’s perfect for those who enjoy a dynamic practice that builds strength, endurance, and mindfulness. Vinyasa is often seen as a moving meditation, where the breath guides every step of the journey.
