A yoga retreat is the perfect place for this. Calmness, reflection, and expression is what it’s all about!
At retreats you can expect to flow through a couple sessions of yoga, learn about other practices under the umbrella of yoga and explore rich spiritual philosophy. It doesn’t stop there though, we also offer moments of peace often filled through meditation or time spent in nature, as well as exploring ways of self-expression.

Stillness & Fluidity
Begin with a guided meditation and soulful yoga flow to loosen the body and gently energise your morning.
Glow & Flow: The Art of Gua Sha & Aromatics
A creative workshop exploring the traditional roots of Gua Sha and the gentle craft of facial aromatherapy. You’ll learn, explore, and create your own face mist to take home.
Inner Nourishment
A delicious plant-based lunch crafted by a professional nutritionist and chef—designed to feed both body and spirit.
Earthly Connections
Reconnect with the senses through somatic awareness practices and a grounding meditation on bare earth, woven with nature’s rhythm.
Pages of Presence
A reflective journaling session with prompts to inspire gentle self-enquiry. Guests can enjoy this time solo or through heart-led conversation.
Breath of the Sun
A rejuvenating pranayama (breathwork) flow to uplift and re-energise your system for the rest of the day.
Release & Rest
Close the retreat with a calming Hatha to Yin yoga sequence—inviting softness, integration, and deep release.

Revitalising Day Retreat
Sunday 23rd February 10am – 4pm
Kemerton Victoria Village Hall
Tucked away in the Cotswolds, the peaceful village of Kemerton is where together we’ll experience a day of relaxation, rejuvenation and reflection.
This full day retreat is designed to invigorate your being and refresh your vitality!
The sessions will vary from mindful art to discovering South East Asian spiritual thought. We will of course delve into some yoga flows and take the time to follow a guided meditation, some of our most beneficial tools for turning inwards.
A nutritional vegetarian/vegan lunch is a key part of the retreat as we make sure your well fed, but also find some inspiration in our recipes!
We also are taking time to explore our creative side through a mandala dot painting session where you are invited to become mindful and expressive within art.
Festive Half Day Retreat
Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th December 10am – 2pm

To begin we will flow through a Vinyasa / Hatah style yoga flow to awakening your being.
We’ll then learn about other aspects of yoga such as our pranayama (breath work) before settling down for a delicious vegetarian/vegan homemade lunch.
It’ll then be time to connect with our environment by taking time out for a scenic walk.
To bring our peaceful time to a close we’ll turn inwards with our gentle Yin yoga practice.
