Rise and Flow
Sunday 16th March, 9am ~ 12 noon
Kemerton Village Victoria Hall
This morning yoga workshop will allow you to dedicate time to your practice and unearth the benefits of an extended practice.
Exploring various forms of consciousness-raising tools, Rise and Flow will support you to observe yourself and reflect inwards.
In our Affirmations Creations session, you will work intuitively to build useful personal affirmations to repeat to yourself, helping you to summon a particular mindset.
To help train and re-set out parasympathetic nervous system, we’ll flow through some key breathing techniques to settle your being.
We’ll take a break part way through for some social over caffeine-free herbal teas and low sugar home-made baked treats to keep your energy sustained.

Revitalising Day Retreat
Sunday 23rd February 10am – 4pm
Kemerton Victoria Village Hall
Tucked away in the Cotswolds, the peaceful village of Kemerton is where together we’ll experience a day of relaxation, rejuvenation and reflection.
This full day retreat is designed to invigorate your being and refresh your vitality!
The sessions will vary from mindful art to discovering South East Asian spiritual thought. We will of course delve into some yoga flows and take the time to follow a guided meditation, some of our most beneficial tools for turning inwards.
A nutritional vegetarian/vegan lunch is a key part of the retreat as we make sure your well fed, but also find some inspiration in our recipes!
We also are taking time to explore our creative side through a mandala dot painting session where you are invited to become mindful and expressive within art.
Festive Half Day Retreat
Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th December 10am – 2pm
kemerton Victoria Village Hall
To begin we will flow through a Vinyasa / Hatah style yoga flow to awakening your being.
We’ll then learn about other aspects of yoga such as our pranayama (breath work) before settling down for a delicious vegetarian/vegan homemade lunch.
It’ll then be time to connect with our environment by taking time out for a scenic walk.
To bring our peaceful time to a close we’ll turn inwards with our gentle Yin yoga practice.
