Tucked away in the Cotswolds, the peaceful village of Kemerton is where together we’ll experience a day of relaxation, rejuvenation and reflection.
This full day retreat is designed to invigorate your being and refresh your vitality!

The sessions will vary from mindful art to discovering South East Asian spiritual thought. We will of course delve into some yoga flows and take the time to follow a guided meditation, some of our most beneficial tools for turning inwards.
There are two available dates for you to choose from for this retreat; either the 22nd or 23rd of February 2025. Both dates will follow the same timings and flow of the day.
