This live online class will run for 45 minutes and will follow Hatha style, meaning we’ll use slow yet intentional movements to allow awareness to spread throughout the body.
Our time together will of course involve guided Pranayama to support the mind into a settled state.
Once you’ve booked your space, you will be sent a link to our Zoom Meeting along with instructions of how to log on.
