Find your flow from the comfort of your own home.
The live online class will run for 45 minutes and will follow Hatha style, meaning we’ll use slow yet intentional movements to allow awareness to spread throughout the body.
We will begin by practising pranayama (our breathing techniques) to settle the mind before moving through a calming flow for the body.
Once you have booked your space, you will be sent a link to the Zoom class via email along with instructions on how to join.
