At One Light, our purpose is to guide you through self-discovery by using reflective tools such as yoga and meditation, helping you connect with your truest self. We believe in the power of self-care to alleviate stress and cultivate a balanced mindset, causing us to live more authentically. Yoga to us is not just shapes on a mat, it’s a deeper practice that allows you to uncover hidden parts of yourself in a safe and gentle way. Through tailored yoga practice, we support others in nurturing their well-being, empowering them to live with balance, authenticity, and inner peace.
My Personal Journey into Wellness
My name is Eloise, I created One Light Yoga to promote wellness, foster mental strength and support others with self-care practices. Here’s a little bit about how I connected with yoga:
The creation of One Light stems from my first encounter with yoga. I chose to give the practice a go to help with the emotional and mental drain that was being experienced due to a demanding job and poor habitual routine. These effects were in turn negatively impacting my view of life and myself.
From the first flow I fell in love, it was hard work, I was sweaty and achy, but I felt a sense of achievement every single time I met myself on the mat. For pushing through and accepting both the physical and mental challenges that yoga offers, for being open to improvement with open arms. The changes unexpectedly were not just noticed within my being but my perceptions of the world around me evolved as well. As my practice grew so did I.
It sounds like an over-exaggeration, but delving into the world of yoga genuinely changed my life.
It opened me up to a way of living with reflection, compassion and balance that nurtures my inner connection and supports my relationship with the world around me. This discovery and journey has led me here, to creating One Light Yoga so that I may share these fulfilling practices with you.

How We Support You
One Light Yoga offers weekly classes as well as retreats all of which are run by Eloise. During class we focus on finding the flow of body, mind and breath, observing all parts of ourselves to learn about our being.
Our retreats offer you a relaxing experience within a tranquil environment that allow you to delve into meditative practices. We don’t just move through our yoga shapes, but explore many ways of mindfulness from expressive art, to focused breathwork, meaning you can explore a variety of different practices finding something that suits you.
To ensure that you can take a step back and fully settle into the experience, our lovely support, Curtis ensures that you have everything you need to be as comfortable as possible.
Together, we create a safe space where everyone can turn inwards and connect with every aspect of themselves.

We believe in helping individuals rediscover the bonds between themselves, their community, and the Earth. Many have experienced disconnection manifesting as anxiety, self-doubt, or unhealthy habits, but through yoga and mindfulness, these connections can be restored.
